Hub 1317 it’s the first coworking space from Brasov
The coworking style of work involves sharing the office space between freelancers or independent professionals which are not employees of the same company. It addresses to those who work from home, meet with clients in coffee shops or restaurants, to those who travel a lot, to start-ups, etc. The coworking space aims to create a community, a networking place, it combines the advantages of being part of an organization with the advantages of working on your own.
What we provide:
A space to work
dedicated office ready to be personalized, storage space with the posibility of locking, for personal objects, high speed internet, dedicated line of 50 MB/sec. – guaranteed speed, printer, photocopy machine and fax.
Coffee and Tea
We provide a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, diffrent kinds of tea, meeting room with a capacity of 6 pers. for business meetings, conference room with 15 persons capacity ideal for events and prezentations, bike sharing – for those who love the planet.
Comunity
Access to events organized in the hub, and the possibility of organizing your own events. First of all we are entrepreneurs and freelancers, everyone with it’s own connections and with a baggage full of ideas, which combined can create magic.

Coffee and tea
A productive work environment can’t exist without good coffee, that’s why our Bosch espresso machine and 100% arabic coffee are always available.
Meeting room
The meeting room has a capacity of 6 persons and it’s perfect for meeting with clients or partners, skype calls or just for a private phone call.
Our services include photocopying, printing or sending documents via fax, both A3 and A4 format.
Wi-Fi
Highspeed internet, dedicated line with a guaranteed traffic of min. 50 Mb/sec.
Conference room
The conference room with a 15 persons capacity it’s the ideal solution for your presentation, course or event. You have the possibility of using the projector, the projection screen or the flip-chart.
Free passing
Access to the events that are organized in the hub, and the possibility of organizing your own events, private parking and access key.
Bike sharing
Because we live in a beautiful city, because we love to be out in the open and because we love bikes.
Coming soon
The hub it’s in a continuous development and change, our plan is to expand, to create a business library, and a self service corner with drinks and sweets. There are also some events that we will launch soon.
